The booking experience was easy and straight forward. From the first time I called, the staff was willing to help and meet my needs. Dave Wells met me at the facility numerous times to talk about furniture layout and specifics of my event. The cost was well within reason and was a fair price for the accommodations. Since the Conference Center is located right across from City Hall and the Jacksonville Main Post Office, I had little to no problems giving directions. Once the event kicked off, the staff was on site and ready to assist with any issues that may have arisen. After the event I was surprised to receive pictures of my event from Mr. Wells. He and his staff are truly professional and provide a well run facility.

The services our organization received at the Jacksonville Conference Center were nothing short of outstanding...from the first phone call inquiring about the availability to the day of the event! The facility was clean and set up as agreed upon in our contract. The staff member provided to help us during the day was exceptional. Now mind you, with a room full of ladies he had his hands full! Everything from "it's too hot in here" to ten minutes later "it's too cold in here". He always assisted us with a smile and never complained once. We will certainly be calling on your services should we need a venue again in the future.

We found the Jacksonville Conference Center to be perfect for our needs. The facility was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was friendly and on-site during the entire meeting in case of problems; there were none. Set up was easy and the price was reasonable. The Jacksonville Conference Center is located in an area that is easily accessible for everyone. I had a great experience with the staff helping me to book a date that was convenient. From the time we registered with the Jacksonville Conference Center until the day of our wedding, everything was fine!! You and your staff more than met our needs! The center was clean and everything was on point. If we are in need of another rental, we would not hesitate to call and have our needs met again!

When my father approached me with the idea of throwing my parents' 49th wedding anniversary party (a surprise for my mother), he never even considered any other location than your facility. He assured me that your facility would perfectly suit our needs and he was absolutely correct. When we arrived, the facilities were clean and the tables were arranged as we agreed upon, which not only make our set-up go much faster, but also much easier.

Brent Hatlestad was fantastic!!! I called him multiple times to get information about the facility (table arrangement, size of tables, food table placement, room to dance, area for D.J., etc.) and he was always so very pleasant and helpful that I was impressed right from the beginning.

My father left your facility in order to pick up the cake and got into an accident in front of the bakery. I was completely overwhelmed at this point and did not know what to do. Guests were arriving. Decorating still needed to be done. I almost cried. But, Brent stepped up and volunteered to pick up the cake for us. Even though my father was taken to the hospital, he was released a little while later and was able to attend the party he worked so hard to pull together AND ultimately was still able to surprise my mother!!!

I needed a venue to put on a fund raiser show. Fortunately, I was aware of the Jacksonville Conference Center as I had been involved in some other shows there. I called Mr. Wells, who was very helpful and professional, and we were able to book a date quickly. With the help of their professional staff, everything went well! Everything about my experience with the Jacksonville Conference Center was wonderful. Being able to see the venue and book the event was simple and worry free and the facility was so reasonably priced - especially for the size! Having full access to the kitchenette, ice machine, TVs/dvd player was an additional bonus without an additional cost.

Whenever I needed, you and Brent were always ready and willing to accommodate me - before, during and after the event. The setup/floor plan I created was executed perfectly by the staff so that all I had to do was decorate.

The location of the facility was easily accessible to surrounding towns and the huge parking lot for our guests was great. My daughter LOVED her party and her friends had a great time. Her sweet 16 was a HUGE success thanks to you!
